Does my one year old have developmental delays?

My daughter will turn 1-year old next week. She rolled over at 4 months, could sit up unsupported at 5-1/2 months and started scooting at 9 months. However, she still rolls over only one way and does not pull up to stand yet. She just learned how to bring herself to sitting up from lying down and still cannot lie down from sitting position by herself. Her pediatrician is not concerned about her not crawling, but she is concerned that she has trouble bringing herself to sitting and lying down and has referred us to a development specialist. This has freaked me out. I thought my daughter was just a late bloomer. But now I'm really scared she may have some problem. I can't wait to see the development specialist, but it's a few days for the appointment and I'm freaking out! Has anyone else had similar experience? Well, I'm the same way so I know first hand exactly where you are coming from. You have a lot of grammatical errors, but I've seen a lot worse. I also thought it was kind of cliche, but then again, I like cliche stuff. Lastly, it seemed a little rushed. Okay, it was really rushed. That was only about 150 words, I'm guessing. That's not even half a page in a novel. You need to slow down a little and add more detail. Try emphasizing on emotions and little things like the panic on his face, the feel of the wind on the cliffs or their hair whipping about in the breeze. Small things like that can really make a difference between a novel and a short story. As my english teacher would say, don't tell the reader; SHOW the reader. It was good, but you still need to stretch it out a little. Make that excerpt last about a page or so.

Thanks a lot to those who contributed. I think I did not clearly say what my problem is. My problem is more pronounced when I take excess fluids & or alcohol. I feel the edge to go & can't control or hold my edge. I am a 42 years old male. (Still very ually active. I have no problem in that area although I take long to come at times.) I can wee stop, wee stop as part of bladder excercises. However, I don't feel the same urge whilst asleep. My frequency of wanting to go during the day/whilst still awake is much more than whilst asleep. A friend is selling a business due to personal reasons. He has shown me his books, and it is profitable. I would be interested in buying it. Pain after laproscopy?

i have had endometriosis since i first started my period, 10 years ago. i am 19 now. i have had a laproscopy, been on every birth control imaginable and done everything my doc said. after my lap last year he told me he could not get it all because it was too deep. i need to know what else i can do, the pain is unbearable and everyday. if you know of ANYTHING please let me know. i am on pain killers and do not want to depend on them until someone figures out what the hell to do for the pain. please please please let me know if there is anything else i can do.

Does my regiment seem good or should I change it up?

I work out 6 days a week for about 1 hour a day. The first day is chest and abs, then biceps and shoulders, then triceps and back, then legs. I am concerned that my regiment between days is too stretched out. Like for example I dont feel like I should go 5 days without doing chest until the next cycle.

yesterday my younger sister found a box in her closet full of her old underwear from when she was like 7-8 she said. well my sister is almost 14 now is really tall like my parents and from cheerleading i guess at 5'10"/118lbs. i just turned 17 and short thanks to my dumb aunts and grandmas genes at 4'8"/77lbs. i was in her closet when she found them and she really wanted to put them on again just to see, so i left while she tried a pair on when not even 10 seconds ped she came out to show me (i didnt expect her to actually show me.) but she started laughing saying her 's too big now for them and could barely get them up her thighs, so she asked me to put a pair on hoping theyd fit me. i of course said no way and walked away when she caught my attention by offering me $30 to do it. so i did, big mistake. yea in the end she did pay me $30 but if i woulda known how theyd look on me i woulda made it $500. first off they were actually alittle big on me which had her laughing so hard saying how she cant believe underwear she wore as an 8 year old was still big on me. how come the back of the underwear was so big on me? so me being all mad/embarred told her to shutup when then she took a pic of me sending it to all her friends. stupid me then told her to see if underwear i wore when i was 8 would be too big on her now, dont ask. i was so mortified i couldnt think of anything else so i actually went into my closet and found a similar box full of my old underwear, i gave her my batman briefs from when i was 9 telling her i used to wear it when i was 8 so she thought I was younger. she was so full of herself from feeling superior over me just cuz her old underwear was big on me. but yea bad idea making her put mine on, she said they were even smaller than her older underwear and she even showed me. you couldnt even make it out that batman was on the side cuz she stretched it all out. well whatever i know this is really random and i would never tell anyone else about this, but why does her old underwear fit me, and my old pair doesn't fit her at all? are her thighs/ that much bigger than mine? mean shes not fat at all and i could only think maybe cheerleading gives her somewhat more muscle in her legs than me.

Absolutely don't feed your frog maggots. For my tiny baby frogs I feed them flightless fruit flies from petsmart, but when you first buy them they're maggots and those are fine. But if he's getting them from outside then definitely worry about it. Those crawl in dirty places and are usually covered in dead animal diseases which will p onto your frog. But also keep in mind that wild frogs probably once in a while eat gross maggots, but it's not worth the risk. I'd take it out and maybe clean the bowl.

I am a contractor an I got this pipin prblem. I was talkin to my frend and he tol me that theirs a new kinda ?

pipin for the water lines. He said all that old gold color pipin is now called gator pipe. So I got this remodelin job and we rip out all the old pipin. I went to the Home Depot and bought a hole lot of this gold color pipin that he said was gator pipin. Thing is it look just like regler pipin. I push the pipin together an I can pull it part. But he said you aint gotta use any that solderin. He said once you got the preshure the pipin lock up. You jus push the pipin together and it'll hole to the rooster die. So I put in the hole house a pipin. He sayd jussa make sure you can put a little dab of pvc glue in each join. I did that and then we did all the drywall in the place. When it was done I turnt on the water and bam! Theirs some much water shootin out every wall I aint know whatta do. This gator pipin work? Last year me and this guy have became really close friends. Then i started to like him as more than just a friend but didn't say nothing because i was scared of rejection. Then towards the end of the summer term he started calling my name and when i would turn around he would wink, he started stoping me about 4 times a day just to give me a hug and then whispers in my ear that he missed me, he sat next to me in all the cles we had together and when we went on a school trip we had to go in groups and he was resting his hand on my knee for the whole activity. I was in cl the other day and i was talking to his mate and one of the girls in my cl said "Oh you would make a nice couple" I just laughed and so did the guy cause hes like a brother. Today in cl i had to sit next to the guy i like and we were having a laugh and one of the boys said messing around "Oi dude stop flirting" and another guy said "nah leave them to it, it's about time they get it on" the guy i like just looked at me and smiled and i smiled back. Child support question?

Sorry, if this a little long. Deal is, I am custodial parent of my 2 boys, ex was originally ordered to pay 700$ a month child support in divorce, very soon after divorce he lost his job and with the new job he would have to pay 450$ month based on the the percentage for our state at the time. It also stated in divorce that child support was to be paid directly to me. Which was fine, he paid his support, occasionally got behind but always caught back up. Then year later he quit his job and continued to change jobs about once a year, but continued to pay the 450$ a month regardless of job he had always telling me his income was the same. Ok, well in order to maintain peace and keep things friendly for the boys sake I accepted it and moved on. Flash forward a few years and he gets remarried and loses his job again. He basically stopped paying me which left me no choice but to start the court process and have it go through child support services. Through them I found out that he never went to court and modified his income for all those job changes and now they are saying hes behind. My case worker has not been helpful in answering questions and I have no idea what to expect when we got to court. If anyone has any similar experience and let me know kind of what to expect I would appreciate it. thanks.

Do you think Jeepers Creepers is the scariest movie ever?

I got high earlier, and I was watching The Basketball Diaries, and Jeepers Creepers came on the commercials. I got so damn scared. I consider this the 2nd scariest movie ever next to The Exorcist. I can't watch either, because they both give me trouble sleeping. I watched it for the first time when I was in 3rd grade and I spent a few months having anxiety about that movie. Question about renting and conditional sale?

I rented a home where the married couple seperated the female has maintained and resided at a different address for the past 4-5 months. The husband also a resident in the home I rented (Basement), is the landlord. We made an agreement that I rent the home and all rent is applied to purchasing the home. Also several thousand dollars was required to make the home inhabitable (video taped evidence of that). The agreement for work made between the landlord and myself is that in the event for ANY reason, I can't purchase the home the costs will be paid to me at current contractors rates (3 estimates form certified contractors) and the costs must be recovered before I vacate the home. Both parties are on the title and mortgage, as well as the landlords Mother is the primary on the Mortgage and agrees to this. I understand the wife would have to sign off or agree to the sale of the property. My question is: Is it legal to enter into a conditional contract like this with just one of the homeowners?

Is Pit Bull safe to have with children?

I've just got a 5 week old APBT puppy from Wood and Carver bloodline. I have a 22 month old daughter and a husband who has previously owned Pit Bulls and has experience with them. Due to the big controversy that surrounds this breed nowadays, no experience on my side and my angry mother who thinks that I've brought a killer into my house, I am starting to wonder whether I should keep this puppy or maybe rehome it while it's still young. My main concern is my daughter. When to call with a breech baby?

Last week it was confirmed that my baby is a complete breech, sitting "yoga" style. The OB recommended a version, which I declined. I'm expecting to have a c-section, unless she flips on her own. My concern is when do I call or go to the hospital when I have a breech baby? I asked my OB's office this and they had me come in to see if I was having any contractions after loosing my mucous plug. They said I was still having irregular contractions and would only admit me if I had dilated more ( I am currently 1cm dilated). I hadn't dilated anymore so they sent me home and said to call if I am having 4 contractions an hour. I feel tightness, but nothing painful, quite frequently. Can anyone give me more advice??

Amazing and such a lot to see Very tropical so your best time would be may to September but also that time of year is their tourist season so some places could get booked out. All over Australia you will have something different. i live on the GoldCoast . we have an abundance of tourist things here. it depends what you like to do . On the GoldCoast you have super beaches golden sands and surf many theme parks great shopping and much much more. The road trip from here up to Cairns is good . you have Airlie beach to stop off at take a boat to many of the islands . I love trips out of Melbourne You have the great ocean road, The grampians and much more. Sydney is super many a good drive to go on. The drive from Perth to Adelaide is super You have a choice of going down the west Coast and via Esperance or a visit to kalgoorlie The Super pit [GoldMining ] is a spectacular sight. and as for the Nullabor Plains You either love it or find it Boring. I went to my Dr and told him that i've been having trouble in my hand lately. I told him that my symptoms were pain in my wrist/some numbness and tingling in my thumb,index,middle,some of ring. He said to me that he believes it is. The thing that's bothering me about this is the fact that my ring/pinkie seems to be affected as well. I get pain in my knuckles,especially my ring finger knuckle, sometimes i feel it in my forearm/elbow. My left hand is feeling its effects to a lesser degree.In my right hand, i sometimes feel a lesser grip strength, sometimes i don't. And the bad thing is motrin doesnt seem to be helping. I have no weakness in my hands or arms. I keep looking things up on the internet and im paranoid it might be ALS, but i was told by my Dr it wasnt. I wake up in the morning and my right hand feels somewhat stiff near the joints, same with wrist, and also elbows. Im wondering if someone else out there ever had what im going through and what they did to fix it.

Twilight Question, Book and Movie?

Seeing the movie clips actually didn't change my personal images that I thought/wanted them to look like. I was of course suprised to see the characters for the movie because I thought they looked very different from the ones I had imagined. But I have gotten used to them and think they will make a great movie. Strangely when I went back to finishing the series I never thought about the movie characters the old ones that I imagined still played in my head. I think when I read books I make up my own character and when I see the movie or show later it doesn't affect me. But if I see the movie first like (the series of unfortunate events) and then I decide to read the series that's when the movie affects me. I think it's because the movie was the first impression you had of the characters and that you can't think of anything else to fit the part except for them so that's when that happens to me. =] I hope it makes some sense...lol

What did i do to my knee?

Today i was playing football and i made a cut and my left knee make a couple cracks but nothing too serious. How much rem oil do I use?

After I get done cleaning my gun I just don't know how much rem oil to apply.
