Does my regiment seem good or should I change it up?

I work out 6 days a week for about 1 hour a day. The first day is chest and abs, then biceps and shoulders, then triceps and back, then legs. I am concerned that my regiment between days is too stretched out. Like for example I dont feel like I should go 5 days without doing chest until the next cycle.
