Help, I,ve accidentally eaten a SCOTCH BONNET CHILLI?

Hi All, Im asian origin person and i love my hot chillies but just now ive accidentally eaten a whole large slice of Scotch Bonnet Chilli. It is ruthlessly hot. Ive doused many gles of water; ice cream and sweets. Ive also taken in pots of yoghurt but still the hotness of this particular chilli is burning in my stomach. Any advice on curing this burn inside me ?
