What do psychologists, law enforcement and other professionals say about these types of crime?

Wow where did he get his stats. What about revenge, jealousy, murder for hire, heat of the moment. There is no rhyme or reason for a person to commit the crimes you cite. Better minds than yours and mine have pondered and debated this issue for years with no answer. The greatest question; is a person predisposed to commit crimes (heredity) , is his environment a factor, Is a person of poor economic means more apt to commit crimes than the affluent? These questions have never been answered. I don't believe they ever will.
