Am I overbearing and annoying to him?

Ok he told me that we would talk so I wantd to keep him on his word. So at the end of the week I text him and ask him if we can talk and he tells me that he is busy and will talk 2 me later. So later comes and I txt again and he tells me that he is still busy. So I ask him when we can talk and he tells me we won't talk if I don't quit bein so annoying. I get so mad I don't even care anymore and tell him to **** off I don'tcare if he talks cuz he isn't talkn anyway and to go to hell and I trusted him as my friend and he is treating me shitty. So he tells me we done for sure now. I tell him I could care less and **** him. Than he calls to talk and tells me that he just can't stand it when I get emotional and tries to work it out with me and compromise. Why did he end up calling me?
