Is this normal for newborns in the hospital?

OMG yes but it wasnt about my daughter it was about me..I had to have a c/s because her shoulders got stuck and she was in there for almost 12 hours well she came out just fine and then they knocked me out completely i never got to hold her or nothing I later found out after i was home from my hubby that they had cut me to deep when they cut me open and couldnt find out where it was coming from when they did they had to put 4 stitches to close it..I was so mad that noone told me about it but I think what got me the most was the doctor didnt even tell me until i asked when i went back for my 6 week check up
