What was the Crime Rate for the 1 Hour of lights Out?

During the Lights Out Hour last night, what was the Crime Rate? How many More Buglaries,s,muggings,& other acts of Crime were performed in that Hour of Darkness? Did K. Rudd,& the Police Commissioner NOT Think that by 'Switching Lights OFF' for an hour, they were making it EASIER for Criminals to do Their 'Work'?? Are there any statistics on this yet, & will we ever know the Truth of them??
