i want to run spring track but i don't have a lot of endurance. I'm 5'8 almost 5'9 and i'm alittle bit over weight but i'm working on that. I really like to run and i want to do sprints but i don't know if i'm fast enough or not. what can i expect from track? what do i need to be a great sprinter? what attire do you wear? is track fun? what can i expect from practice? and lastly how can i practice at home?
