Question about health care and war - I'm taking a survey about the thoughts of US citizens and residents.?

I would prefer NOT to buy into a health care system guarenteed to ration my medical care. No matter what anyone says, if the govt is in charge it will cost more than we can pay and the desk jockies who will run it but we don't elect will determine whether that hip replacement you need is cost effective or if you should be left to die if your life doesn't have the value some clerk thinks it should have to get his stamp of approval.
