Where to buy e liquid/e juice in phoenix arizona?

i have been out for 2 days.my supplier.is in the hospital and will go to jail rite after for some reason i dont know exactly since i was at work when all this happened.a friend he gets it from is busy a lot of the week and i called today and he cant get me any until tuesday.i already gone 3 days without it.im wanting a cig badly.but real cigs r too expensive.its not easy for me to order online.no bank account and not a lot of money.i want to find some1 locally i can get eliquid from im on 32nd st and thomas basically and have my own car.......
