I'm adopted and I really want to find my Birth parents PLEASE Help?

I was born in Nepal, Kathmandue I really want to find my parents where can I find them when I was little I was left by a Bank, I'm not kidding I was taken to Balmandir I justv want to know if my parents are alive. I know I may sound desparate but I am you would know If all ur life you grew up wondering please help me I really need it
