Failed Smog Check in California?

I would take it to an auto parts store like Autozone or Pep Boys and have them check it for a code.From those readings it appears to be running too rich at idle.It could be a number of things such as a m airflow sensor or a CO sensor going bad.You didn't replace the battery very recently did you?(or have the car sit with a dead battery?)If so it can take a few days for the computer to reset.If so just drive it for a few days then try the smog check again.
