I can understand your feelings buddy. First decide whether its love or just lust. Since you said you are a college student, you must be in your adolescence . If in the first step you have confirmed it as love ,move to the next step. Find out if she already had any love or presently in love with somebody. If the second step results positive move further. Since you said you have never got a chance to talk to her,it definitely shows your weakness. Either you feel shy or don't have guts to face her.That's no problem brother. yze her to the extent.
