Do you think Jeepers Creepers is the scariest movie ever?

I got high earlier, and I was watching The Basketball Diaries, and Jeepers Creepers came on the commercials. I got so damn scared. I consider this the 2nd scariest movie ever next to The Exorcist. I can't watch either, because they both give me trouble sleeping. I watched it for the first time when I was in 3rd grade and I spent a few months having anxiety about that movie. It scared the **** out of me. I have no idea why more people aren't scared of it. Maybe it's because I watched it at a young age. Then again everything is a lot scarier when I'm high lol. It still scares me when sober though. The only reason I would watch it is because the sister looks yummy as hell.
