Bubble like lump on dog's stomach?

it could just be a pocket of fluid.At first I thought it could be cancer but since it isn't painful I don't it.Could be an abscess but that should be painful too.I wouldn't worry to much if it isn't bothering her but I would still let a vet see her as soon as possible
