Lyme Disease?-----HELP?

I have all the symptoms of lyme disease, except for the bulls rash or nicragans....i have been diagnosed with depression all these different thing and i still feel completely ill...i even have the facial drooping. I havent taken any steroids or antibiotics or anything over the past seven months, and tomorrow i am going to request a test for lyme diesease..what are the chances of my test being accurate?...i feel like i contracted it like 8 months ago..thats when i had a fever, it went away in a week, and i havent felt well since...been bed ridden
