Can someone help with writing a prayer?

I think if a prayer doesn't come from your own heart it isn't worth a damn .. reading something that's supposed to mean something when it doesn't mean a thing to you is about as far from a prayer as reading from a textbook ..that is insulting to the veru word of prayer much less to god whats the point .. NO i don't think any one can help you
